专利摘要:
A sea bottom off-shore exploitation platform comprising a column having an emerged portion and a base for said column, intended to be laid down and anchored on the sea bottom, wherein the improvement consists in that the base is designed in the form of as tank floating and supporting said column during transport ; said tank being sunk at the exploitation place.

专利说明:

The invention relates to offshore hydraulic oilfield facilities, in particular to offshore fixed platforms for the development of oil fields. A known sea stationary platform containing a support structure and a flat pontoon, installed along one of the faces of the support structure tl. The platform is transported afloat, with the flat pontoon supporting the platform on the surface of the water. At the installation point of the platform, the pontoon is ballasted / and by progressively tilting the platform is installed in a vertical position with supports on the seabed. The disadvantage of the device is the short-term use of the pontoon, which does not participate in its work after installation of the platform. The well-known offshore stationary platform for the development of oil fields, containing a column hinged at one of its ends, on a foundation that is designed as a floating vessel immersed when filled with C2J ballast. : In the process of transporting the platform by water, the foundation and the column are towed to the installation site, and after the foundation is submerged on the sea bottom, the column is pulled to the foundation and attached under water. The disadvantage of this design is the complex connection under the water of the hinge, as well as the need for special floating equipment to maintain the support column at the bottom of the sea. The purpose of the invention is to facilitate the transportation of the column and its attachment to the foundation. This goal is achieved by the fact that in a fixed offshore platform for the development of oil fields containing a column hinged at one end on a foundation made in the form of a floating tank capable of sinking when filled with ballast, the foundation has a length at least equal to the length of the column and the other end of the column contains a means of temporary attachment to the foundation. The foundation is made in the form of a parallelepiped. FIG. 1 depicts a marine stationary platform, general view; FIG. 2 is the same side view; in fig. 3 - the same, in the process of submerged (the dotted line indicates the position of the column during the release from the temporary attachment); in fig. 4 - the same, - working position; in fig. 5 the same on the floats; in fig. 6 - the same, side view; in fig. 7 - floats embodiment. The offshore stationary platform 1 for the development of oil fields contains a column 2 connected to the foundation 3 by one end at the hinge 4 and the other end by means of temporary attachment 5. The column is equipped with floats b and 7, which serve simultaneously as ball power tanks. The foundation 3 is made in the form of a parallelepiped and has a length of at least equal to the length of the column. To maintain the column on the foundation during transportation afloat, the foundation is made as a marine vehicle that perceives wave action, and as support for the platform, the foundation is provided with ballast tanks 8 and 9, which are filled with ballast when the foundation is submerged on the seabed. In another embodiment of the foundation (Figs. 5-6), its walls are not affected by the waves, since the platform descends below the sea level and is kept afloat by floats 10 and 11, of which the former are placed inside the foundation case (Fig. 5), and floats 11 (dotted) on the surface of the foundation. Floats can be made of pipes 12 located along the length of the foundation. Between the longitudinal pipes 1 and the foundation are placed transverse pipes 13 connecting them between. by myself. Ballast tanks 8 and 9 or floats 6 and 7 are attached to the ballast system of valves and pumps. The foundation after installation on the bottom serves simultaneously as a tank for petroleum products. Transporting the platform 1 by water is dry in the position when the column 2 is laid on the floating foundation 3 and is connected to it by a hinge 4. At the same time, the other end of the column, provided with a means of temporary fastening 5, is fixed to the foundation. The immersion of the platform at a given point is made by partially filling the ballast tanks 8 and 9 dl with water. the initial slope of the foundation. Then the tank 8, located at the hinge, is filled with ballast, which causes the foundation to sink together with the column until it touches the bottom at point 14, at which time the other end of the foundation continues to be in a semi-submerged position on the surface of the water. and it pops up turning s.krug
the hinge linking it to the foundation.
The ascent of the column occurs under the action of the lifting force of the floats, first of all the float 7. During the last, final operation, the ballast tanks 7 are filled and the foundation, turning around point 14, lies completely on the bottom. The hinge column assumes its working vertical position.
To ensure efficient bedding, some of the basement compartments or ballast tanks are filled with sand or other inert material, the remaining compartments and tanks filled with water serve as storage tanks, for which the device has a system of pumps and valves, by means of which oil displaces water from the tanks.
The technical and economic efficiency of the device consists in reducing the cost of special vehicles and the time spent on :: connecting the column with the foundation.
